Relics

This work was inspired by the Catholic belief in relics. The remains of any part of the body or even items of clothing or artefacts that belong to the Saints are believed to retain special powers. This was what I wanted to achieve with my 'Personal Relics'. My desire was to encase these very special moments of my life into reliquaries to keep the feelings alive for ever.
